In response to the current problem that customers cannot read discs, the problems appear in the following three aspects:

1. The movement is damaged (if the game disc can be read, but the DVD cannot be read, because the VCD and DVD are two signal sources, the VCD can read, does not mean that no problem with DVD).

2. DVD discs are burned from resources downloaded from the Internet. The format of these resources is difficult to ensure is supported. But if the customer's disc is burned with a genuine disc, this is readable.
 

3. The disc was scratched too much, making it impossible to read.

Note: The DVD player can support 99% of the genuine DVD discs.
