Return Policy and Warranties
Within 30 day of purchase
1. All unused items in original condition are eligible for a full refund.
2.The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment, or your choice of a digital store gift card.
3. Items returned which are not in new and resealable condition will not be granted a refund.
4. Opened and used items are eligible for a complimentary, one-time exchange only.
5. We offer a 1 year warranty on all products purchased, if you suspect there was a defect, a photo proof will be required to receive a replacement.
6. If you suspect your package was lost or damaged during transit, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
COOAU reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges if we deem there is repeat abuse of our policies.
How Do I Return or Exchange Items?
We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back after contact us. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 30 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 30-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.

How to Return or Exchange？
Simply contact us within the 30 days period, and we’ll send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) along with return or exchange instructions.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.
