We provide our customer FREE shipping on every order.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for product preparation.

COOAU team ships Monday through Friday, meaning, if you place an order on a weekday, it will be out the door within 3-5 business days. Place an order over the weekend and we’ll pack it up and get it in the mail first thing Monday morning.

Especially under the influence of the COVID -19 pandemic, our delivery time will be delayed.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. We suggest that you contact your local customs office for additional information. Additionally parcels does not ship to PO Boxes, if order during the holiday season, and selecting holiday shipping, please avoid using a PO box address for expedited orders.
